Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using finfamilia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

finfamilia provides tools that help families structure household costs, shared goals, roles, and regular money check-ins.

No financial, tax, or legal advice

finfamilia supports structure, overview, and shared household decisions. The service does not replace individual financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Waitlist and gradual access

New registrations and purchases are currently disabled. Interested families can join the waitlist; we will email them when access opens.

Billing

Plan fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other users

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts regarding paid subscriptions.

Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sebastian Taatz Consulting UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Raiffeisenstr. 2, 97209 Veitshöchheim, Germany, Email: support@finfamilia.com, Phone: +49 155 67113162) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Limitations of Liability and Warranty

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise (in particular for digital products under §§ 327 et seq. BGB), statutory warranty rights for material and legal defects apply.

Our liability is excluded for minor negligent breaches of non-essential duties, unless injury to life, body, or health, or express guarantees are affected. For minor negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contract damage.
